2.User Agreement
Payment is required upfront for all orders on turn130r.com. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment, and products are not reserved or shipped until payment is confirmed.
3. Pricing Policy
Displayed prices are subject to change without notice and include VAT, unless exempt. Non-EU customers or those with VAT numbers can view prices without VAT. International customers are responsible for customs and other taxes. Turn130R reserves the right to cancel sales due to pricing errors.
4. Product Modifications

5. Liability for Damages
Turn130R is not responsible for delivery disputes. Check packages upon delivery and report damages immediately. Claims must be emailed within two days of delivery. Turn130R is not responsible for lost parcels but will investigate and reship if confirmed lost. No refunds for lost parcels.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times vary and are not guaranteed. Turn130R commits to a 4-month delivery period from the order date. Carrier choice remains with Turn130R. Cancellations for delays are not accepted unless beyond the announced deadline.
7. Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for exchange or refund, excluding return shipping costs. Custom or special orders are non-returnable. Returns require prior approval and must be in original condition. Clearance items are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 1-5 business days.
8. Product Warranty
Turn130R offers a legal warranty against hidden defects. Warranty claims require immediate notification. Shipping costs for warranty service are the customer's responsibility, and installation errors are not covered. Turn130R does not offer refunds for warranty claims. Customers should note that competition parts may not be road legal and may void the manufacturer's warranty.
9. Payment Methods
Turn130R requires upfront payment for orders. Dispatch occurs only after payment receipt.

Bank Transfer: Selecting this option will prompt an email with Turn130R's bank details. Transfers must be completed within 72 hours; otherwise, the order is cancelled. No commercial or advertising processing occurs without explicit consent via newsletter subscription.Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime through the customer interface, where personal information can also be modified or deleted. Providing personal data is voluntary, and Turn130R cannot process files without this data.
