In situations where the carrier, after a thorough investigation (which is beyond our control), confirms the package is lost, we will automatically arrange to send a replacement. This will follow the original lead time starting from the date of the new dispatch. It's important to note that refunds are not available for lost items. Also, if the carrier's records show that the parcel has been delivered and there are no reported issues, we consider the delivery successful and our service commitment fulfilled |
